Chicken Caesar Wraps + Brussel Sprouts

Need (see pic below):
  • Caesar dressing
  • Romano/Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • Wraps (I LOVE the HUGE Lavash wraps - they are like 12")
  • Cooked/shredded chicken breast
  • Lettuce of your choice

Toss chicken, lettuce, small amount of dressing and cheese in a bowl, put in wrap, roll, cut and eat!


Another {LOVE} of mine is these little things that a LOT of people hate! Brussel Sprouts! I've loved them since I was a kid! If you like them, here is a cool way to cook them:

Take frozen brussel sprouts, put on a cookie sheet, cover with a little olive oil + salt + pepper and bake in oven (350*) until they are hot throughout (about 35-40 min.), toss in pan turning them over. Turn oven to BROIL and broil them until they are dark (as pictured), toss a couple times in between. When you take them out of the oven, salt them a little bit again - Serve!

mmmm, Im gunna try those brussel day! The last lot i bought died in the fridge!!!
