This Week's Menu

Monday: Sushi
Tuesday: Corn Tortilla Pizza's (baked flat corn tortilla, refried beans with green chilies (add chili powder to beans before heating, lettuce, tomatoes, low-fat cheddar cheese, sour cream)
Wednesday: BLT's + Salad (Center-cut bacon is best - less calories!)
Thursday: Ground Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese and Grilled Romaine Hearts
Friday: Baked Fish + Roasted Veggies
Saturday: FREE DAY
Sunday: Lasagna Cupcakes
