So ok, and, ahhhh...

I'm chilled! (By that KILLER New England crisp air, that is!) No, seriously, I had a great weekend - well Sunday and Monday's are my weekends. Paul and I went to Russell Orchards in Ipswich on Sunday (I had taken my girls from work there on Saturday for a short day) and it was so much fun! They had animals and stuff I didn't know about! Was so cool! Bought more apples, another apple pie, more apple cider and some wine! See pics HERE!

Julie sure has it right, too - I am in HEAVEN! Fall is here, the weather has finally broken into fall chilly days. Soon it will be winter - my 2nd fave season! I love snow, people! I will not shut up about the weather until probably next Spring! Be forewarned! I will share pics of snow, everyday if I can, too! I already put my electric blanket on the bed, as I LOVE to sleep with the window open and my head peeking out to breathe that cold air, yet my body is really warm!

Made more appt's today. Am meeting a 2nd oncologist this Thursday for a 2nd opinion (had to run down all my medical records and films to Mass. General (what a BEAUTIFUL place!) and then waiting on an appt for a 3rd at Dana Farber (hoping for a cancellation so I can get in sooner than the 26th of October) and in between all of that, I am going to the Lahey clinic to have a consult about partial breast radiation. trying to get all of this done by the 22nd of October, so that my Oncologist and I can start thinking about a treatment strategy. It's so up in the air about what will be suggested...but by the end of the month, a plan should be in place, though.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please tell your friends, family, co-workers that it's NEVER too early to get a mammogram! I'm living proof of that!

Well, Paul and I are going to watch a movie.

Ciao!
