REPOST: A message to my Boston (and outlying towns) friends...

Paul and I were given notice that our tenants who live on the 2nd floor of the house are moving out. We'll have an apartment for rent MAY 1. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen (including stove and fridge), large living area, front porch and back porch, tiled kitchen and bathroom and all refurbished hardwood floors in living areas and bedrooms. One bedroom has built in book shelves and mirrored doors to a large closet. The other bedroom has a smaller closet.

(NO DOGS)

Were right next to the 110 bus stop and Wonderland and Revere Beach trains are within 2 miles of the house and less than a mile from Hwy 16 and a couple miles from Hwy 60. If you know anyone that is looking to live closer to Boston, in a CLEAN 3 family house (landlord on site-3rd floor), nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, please let me know.

$1250/month rent - First and last months rent due at signing of lease. Security deposit waived with REALLY good references. Tenants pay electric and gas. The rent includes Direct tv, wireless internet and water.

Here are some pictures - I don't have pics of the bathroom or the bedrooms because at the time they weren't remodeled/painted and our tenants had moved in and I couldn't get pics - will get them soon.
