I think Abigail is depressed. She's much more vocal than she used to be, she chews on things all the time - as if to rebel, she doesn't eat very much lately (though I did change her cat food) and she hides a lot. I've considered getting another family member (I know you would approve), but the timing is not right. She lays on my desk when I am at home working on the computer, too.
Can you visit with her and tell her she will be OK? I know she misses you. I give her a lot of attention and love and I'm not sure she understands. Visit her, Smokie. Please...for Mama. I want her to know it'll be OK!
